SUNSET REVIEW

The Texas Ethics Commission is currently under Sunset Review for the 2024-2025 Review Cycle - 89th Legislative Session. PAAT is developing a list of priority issues for the Commission to address in its review.  PAAT will be involved in the Sunset Review process in a variety of ways - including submitting recommendations for improvements to the ethics laws and processes, and monitoring the review process. If you are interested in submitting recommendations or being a part of PAAT's Sunset Review Committee submit this form (must be a PAAT member).
