Who is the Texas Association of Charitable Clinics?
Founded in 2005, the Texas Association of Charitable Clinics (TXACC) is a membership network of independent clinics providing quality healthcare to more than 100,000 Texans. These nonprofit clinics provide low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and medically underserved individuals with healthcare services at little or no cost.
Position:
The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive officer, responsible to the board of directors for the effective conduct of the Texas Association of Charitable Clinics' affairs. The ED recommends and participates in board formulation of organization mission, goals, objectives, and related policies. Within that framework, the ED plans, organizes, coordinates, controls, and directs the staff, programs, and activities of the organization. The ED will lead a team of 2+ employees while engaging 75+ member clinics. The ED position is remote, requiring residency in the state of Texas; some travel will be required.
