We have gathered Texas political press and policy veterans to discuss the start of the 89th Texas Legislative Session and the latest news and actions of interest.

Jim Henson:  Henson directs the Texas Politics Project and teaches in the Department of Government at The University of Texas, where he also received a doctorate. More.

Mark Jones: Jones is the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy’s fellow in political science and the Joseph D. Jamail Chair in Latin American Studies at Rice University. He is also a co-author of Texas Politics Today. More.
