Free for PAAT Members - $50 for Non-Members

As discussed at the PAAT Institute and in one of our  Twelve Days of Compliance tips, cryptocurrency is becoming more and more of a factor in the marketplace, including in the government affairs and political sectors. Because this is a relatively new currency, the rules of engagement are constantly evolving.

Join us for our first "Nerdy for 30" webinar to discuss both the history and mechanics of cryptocurrency (i.e. what the heck is it), as well as the relevant ethics and compliance issues you need to be aware of at both the state and federal levels. Compliance topics covered will include

  1. Campaign issues (acceptance by candidates/PACs)
  2. Lobbyist issues (acceptance, reporting compensation range, contingency issues)
  3. Lawyer (ethical) issues
