We have invited Robert Haney to come share his insight and institutional knowledge of the Texas House and general legislative process. Haney just announced his departure as Chief Clerk of the Texas House, after serving a wide variety of roles in the legislature for the past 30 years. He also served as President of the American Society of Legislative Clerks and Secretaries. During his time in the legislature Haney was a leader in integrating technology and innovation across the legislative landscape.

Kaufman served in both the state and federal government, including Director of Budget & Policy and Special Counsel to the Speaker of the Texas House and General Counsel to Texas Senator Robert Duncan and Davis’ experience includes House Parliamentarian and Chief of Staff for the House Speaker.
